Return eligibility
After receiving your product you are granted 14 days before your return window expires, The product must be in perfect unused condition with any labels or tags still attached, with its packaging intact.
How to request a return
Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. Wait for return instructions before posting your parcel. Do not send items to the sender address on your package and all return shipping costs will be the buyers responsibility.
Refunds
If your item is approved for return and meets all of the terms and conditions, you will be granted a full refund for your product as soon as possible. Not including shipping
